Tailor-made is simply how we work.

Our team is at your disposal for any bespoke request. We cook in Paris, close to the business aviation airports, with seasonal recipes and partners chosen for their standards.

Before you order

How does a request work?

Tell us about your flight and choose your items (or paste your message). Our team prepares your quote and gets back to you: no prices are shown online, every order is quoted to measure.

What lead time should I plan?

Ideally 24 hours ahead. For a Sunday delivery, order before Saturday 11:00. For urgent requests, call us or message us on WhatsApp: we do our best.

Where and when do you deliver?

At the foot of the aircraft, coordinated with your handling agent, at the agreed time, across the Paris airports and beyond (Le Bourget, Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Cergy-Pontoise, Vatry, Châteauroux…).

Can the menu be adapted (allergies, diets)?

Yes. Mention allergies and diets in the form (tick boxes + free text): they are passed on to our kitchen. The allergen list for our products is available as a PDF.

How do I find my invoices?

Sign in to your client account: “My orders & invoices” lists your orders, their status and your PDF invoices, and lets you reorder in one click.
